Every Gato Audio product comes with a 2-year limited warranty. The warranty covers all components and accessories for products from Gato Audio.

If you register your Gato Audio product, we offer to extend you warranty with up to 3 extra years on top. Read more about product registration here.

The warranty does not cover damage or wear directly or indirectly caused by improper use, violence, tampering with or unauthorized access to/servicing of any part of the product.

Defective products covered by the warranty will be repaired at our cost or replaced at our cost if repair is not commercially possible.

We will need the following information for any service case:

  • Your name
  • Mailing address (street, city, state, zip code)
  • Daytime phone number
  • Email address
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • A photo of the defect – if possible
  • Proof of purchase (invoice and/or warranty card)

Once we have approved the warranty work we will ask you to pack and ship the product to us. You must pay for the return shipment and we advise using an established international courier like UPS, Fedex, TNT, DHL, GLS etc. or other shipping services that offer detailed tracking of the shipment, to minimize the risk of products being lost during transportation.

In most of the cases the repair will be completed within 1-2 weeks after receipt. Please note there may be issues beyond our control, such as holidays, spare parts backorders or unique repairs that affect any repair or times. Gato Audio covers the return shipment and repair or replacement for warranty work.

Out of warranty service

If your Gato Audio product is in need of service but is out of warranty, don’t hesitate to contact us anyway. We can make an estimate as to costs of the repair. We accept only prepayment for out of warranty service.
