Prices

All prices for products on www.gato-audio.com are applicable until changed.

For countries inside the EU: All prices are inclusive tax (VAT) and duty.

For countries outside the EU: All prices are inclusive customs and import fees. We make reservations for typos and sold out products.

We do not cover credit or debit card fees, currency conversion fees or other bank fees that is charged by your bank.

Orders

Once you have placed an order by selecting products in the cart, chosen delivery address and payment method, your order is a binding offer to purchase products in accordance with these terms and conditions. Prior to this step, you have the opportunity to change the order and delivery details. You order will not be processed until you have paid and completed the order. You will be notified by email when this has happened.

Gato Audio ApS reserves the right to refuse access to the www.gato-audio.com, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion.

International Orders

Please note that upon arrival to a destination country outside of Europe, your order may be subjected to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. Gato Audio ApS have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you are subjected extra charges please forward documentation for this to us by email.

Payment     

Our online shop accepts Visa, Visa/dankort, Visa Elektron, MasterCard, MasterCard Direct and Maestro.

If you prefer other payment options like bank transfer or PayPal, please contact us by email for details.

Gato Audio will deduct the amount from your account, when your order is ready for shipping. When paying online, your information is sent directly and SSL encrypted to our payment provider. Gato Audio has no access to your payment details. When placing a pre-order your entire payment will be captured when the order is made.

Gato Audio ApS will retain ownership of the products until full payment has been made by you and been received by Gato Audio ApS.

Order Confirmation

When you have completed your order and payment, we will send you an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation contains your order details; order number, name, address, delivery address, method of payment, specification of products ordered and the total price including any shipping costs.

We recommend that you read, check and save this order confirmation for future reference. If you find any faults or discrepancies please contact us immediately after receipt of the order confirmation.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping with all duties paid (DDP). There may be some countries where this is not possible. All shipments are provided with a tracking number.

We are usually ready to ship your order between 3 and 7 weekdays from the date of the order confirmation.

The shipment is delivered to the address you entered when ordering or a parcel pickup location near you. You will receive the address of the parcel pickup location and the time of pickup by email.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your purchase of a product without any reason within 30 days after you have received the purchased product. To do so you must notify us that you want to cancel your purchase within the 30 days period. See section "Return and Refund for details".

30 Days of Free Trial

We urge you to use your 30 days of free trial. Buy the product and test it in your environment. We are confident that you will be happy with it. If not, we gladly accept returns of complete and undamaged products within 30 days from the date of reception of goods purchased at www.gato-audio.com. See section "Return and Refund for details".

Return and Refund

 If you regret your purchase you must notify us about this by email prior to your return of the shipment.

For returns inside the US:

We have a return address inside the US. Please contact us for details at hello@gato-audio.com

Mark the shipment with “RETURN:” Followed by your order number, for example: RETURN:000123

Remember that you must notify us about this prior to your return of the shipment.

The product(s) that you return must be packed securely in the same original packaging as when you received them. You are responsible for the returning products until we receive them.

You must pay for the return shipment and we advise using an established international courier like UPS, Fedex, TNT, DHL, GLS etc. or other shipping services that offer detailed tracking of the shipment, to minimize the risk of products being lost during transportation.

The product(s) you return must be in fairly same condition as when you received it. If we receive damaged, altered or incomplete products or if accessories are missing, this will be calculated and deducted from the refunded amount.

You will receive your refund as soon as we have been able to examine the returned product - within 14 days after we have received your return shipment.

Warranty

Every Gato Audio product comes with a 2-year limited warranty. The warranty covers all components and accessories for products from Gato Audio and is in effect when the product leaves our factory.

By registering your products you are able to extend your warranty. For new products, this means that we offer up to 5 years of warranty. Learn more about that here: www.gato-audio.com/product-registration.

The warranty does not cover damage or wear directly or indirectly caused by improper use, violence, tampering with or unauthorized access to/servicing of any part of the product.

Warranty Service

Defective products covered by warranty will be repaired at our cost or replaced at our cost if repair is not commercially possible.

We will need the following information for any service case:

• Your name
• Mailing address (street, city, state, zip code)
• Daytime phone number
• Email address
• Serial number
• A detailed description of the issue
• A photo/video/audio recording of the defect - if possible

Once we have approved the warranty work we will ask you to pack and ship the product to us. We have service available inside the US for US customers.

You must pay for the inbound return shipment for the warranty service and we advise using an established international courier like UPS, Fedex, TNT, DHL, GLS etc. or other shipping services that offer detailed tracking of the shipment, to minimize the risk of products being lost during transportation.

We strongly advice to use the original packaging. If you are not using the original packing material, we might charge you for new packing if we decide that the alternative packing is not able to protect your unit in transit. Warranty does not cover damage done in transit with unoriginal packing.

In most of the cases the repair will be completed within 1-2 weeks after receipt. Please note there may be issues beyond our control, such as holidays, spare parts backorders or unique repairs that affect any repair or times. Gato Audio covers the return shipment after the service, parts, labor or replacement for warranty work.

We offer one year of warranty on service parts and labor. This repair warranty does not change the factory warranty on the product and will continue to provide coverage.

Out of Warranty Service

If your Gato Audio product is in need of service but is out of warranty, don't hesitate to contact us anyway. We can make an estimate as to costs of the repair. We accept only prepayment for out of warranty service.

Our Right to Change

We reserve the right to make changes to our this website, to our policies, and terms and conditions at any time without notice. We reserve the right to change prices of our products, their features and specifications without notice.

Your usage of this website and your orders will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you use this website or that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority. If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining conditions.
